On the nose it is broad and complex, characterized by intense and harmonious notes of medium-ripe tomato and delicate hints of fresh wild herbs. Rich with clean notes of balsamic herbs, with clear memories of oregano, sage and mint.
Taste
The taste is fine and powerful, with intense vegetal and fruity tones, with strong notes of tomato and fresh field vegetables. Bitter and spicy marked and very balanced that close in sweet almond.
